Have Fatal1ty X399 motherboard +
AMD RYZEN THREADRIPPER 2950X CPU, CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR4, Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD NVMe, GEFORXE RTX 2080TI PSU EVGA 850P2

it worked 5 years now not working. it happened while recovering hard drive from other computer/working for hours. when I turn on computer there is red light (slow flashing/dimming) under the metal logo plate as it suppose to be (I guess) and there is light on the memory stick otherwise Dr.Debug is off with no numbers and case fans/CPU fan not working. No signal to monitor. PSU works OK, tried other PSU same result. no physical damage. Are they a dead motherboard symptoms? should I get new one?

thank you!

Strip the system down to just RAM, CPU and display adapter. Disconnect ALL cables
other than power from the board, including SATA cables, front IO connectors, USB etc.
Disconnect all drives (nvme/M.2). Try and see if you get a different result when
you power on.
