I registered for the app for my G10 router and I received an email accepting my registration but when I log in is says " incorrect username/password " which is fine but I have no way to reset password which is not fine. Please assist.

Please use yoru phone to connect the G10 from Wi-Fi and you can re-register the app account again.
If you still have problem with that, please inform us.
