Hello.I bought an asrock z790 pro rs wi-fi in December 2023, the hard drives started to turn off, and the disconnection occurs when programs access them or you open a folder on this hard drive yourself. First one turns off, now the second, but then they appear after some time. The first one that turns off may appear in the Windows system after 30 minutes, and the second one usually within a minute. I changed the SATA cable, rearranged it in places. Doesn't help. I'm now working with this computer remotely and I can't figure it out myself. The very last option is to buy the same motherboard and roll an image. Maybe someone had similar problems?

Check Power Settings ??Disable HDD sleep in Power Options > Advanced settings > Hard disk > Turn off after (set to Never).
Update BIOS & Drivers ??Ensure latest BIOS and chipset drivers from ASRock.
Test with Another PSU ??Power issues might be causing disconnections.
Check SMART Status ??Use CrystalDiskInfo to check drive health.
Try Different SATA Ports ??Some ports may be faulty.
