X470 Taichi Ultimate & 2700x not reducing Vcore ev

Hello I have pretty much everything set to auto however the mobo (x470 Taichi Ultimate with latest 3.10 bios) is not reducing the CPU (2700x) Vcore while idle?


I am in windows doing pretty much nothing with and the vcore is constantly at 1.3X, 24/7


Here is a screenshot after running cinebench r15:






I am trying to conserve energy by reducing watt output as much as possible when the computer is not doing much

i'd start from checking your power options
