Need help with XMP profile with z690 PG 4/D5

   i have Asrock PG 4/D5 with intel i9 14900k with 4x32GB gskill trident 5600mhz ram.whenever i try to populate all 4 of them and try to enable xmp profile, the ram bus gets capped at 3600mhz, is it possible to get 5600mhz on it? or i am doing anything wrong? or this is the maximum i can get?

p.s- i have little or no knowledge about this, i just want to know about this.
