It sounds really frustrating ??sorry you're dealing with that right out of the box. Based on your specs, the hardware should be capable of handling most games without issue, so here are a few things to check:

Drivers: Make sure your GPU drivers are fully up to date. Sometimes factory setups come with outdated versions that cause instability.

Temperatures: Monitor your CPU and GPU temps using software like HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner ??overheating can cause games to crash after a few minutes.

Power Supply: While 500W can be enough, it's worth checking that it's from a reliable brand and providing stable power under load ??especially if the PSU is low quality, it might be struggling.

RAM: Try running a memory test (e.g., Windows Memory Diagnostic) ??a bad stick of RAM could cause instability.

Background apps: Make sure no other software is interfering (like overlays, recording tools, or antivirus).

Game files: Try verifying game integrity through the launcher (Steam, Epic, etc.) ??corrupted files can cause crashes too.

Event Viewer: Check the Windows Event Viewer (under "System" or "Application") for critical errors around the time of the crash ??sometimes that gives a useful clue.

Let us know what you find ??we can help narrow it down from there.
Fnaat online games. Most often I play on Mostbet mobile, because they offer the best conditions for the game.
