b850 livemixer

   new to the whole building experience but have a technical background.

unit is - 

b850 livemixer wifi
amd ryzen 5 9600x
samsung 990 evo 2 tb
corsair vengeneance 32gb 6000mhz
cooler master mwe gold 850 v3
thermalright peerless assassin 120 se
lian li lancool 216 mid tower
currently no gpu

i am trying to boot up for the first time using the motherboard hdmi connection to a monitor until i get my gpu. and it seems everything is working. i get rgb lights working, fans working and it appears to turn on. in looking at the post status checker i get a red first light for the cpu and a blinking yellow dram light, but it does not seem to want to get past that point. i have let it run for for over 10 minutes thinking it may need time to run the first time since i have never done this before. in the manual it references a youtube video which shows what i see (solid red cpu light followed by blinking yellow dram light) except it moves along to the next step. i also get no signal across the hdmi connection. 

any ideas?

	figured it out. ram sticks were in slots 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4. leaving this post up in case someone else need the info.
