ASRock and AMD identify AM5 boot issue cause

   ASRock has released an update on AM5 and Ryzen 9000 boot issues:

They have been working with AMD to get to the bottom of boot issues with AM5 and
AMD 9000 series CPUs. Tom's Hardware also published a short article on the subject:
