When in BIOS 2.50, USBs are working fine, after entering windows 7 64 bit, they are disabled. In Bios is no menu containing USB options, so i cannot check them, even though in the user manual, there is not written about. |

Try using the "usb patcher" download from the support page. Windows 7 is not officially supported by the new AM4 boards and that is probably where the problem is.

Dear Spikeren, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. On AMD AM4 platforms, it could only work with XHCI driver, so it is normal behavior that the USB ports are not able to work under Win7 environment. If you'd like to install Win7 on your system, please download the Windows 7 USB Patcher ver:2.0.16.1 and follow the guide below to pack the driver for your installation media: Step 1. Insert the Windows 7 installation disk or USB drive to your system. Step 2. Extract the tool (Win 7 USB Patcher) and launch it. Step 3. Select how you want to install Windows 7 later. Step 4. Locate your "Win7 Source Folder". Step 5. Select the USB storage, compact disk or destination folder for the new Windows 7 installation file. Step 6. Click Start to begin. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
