sirs , im only able get 20-22 meg dload on a 38 meg connection , get 38 meg on wifi but only 20- meg on wired to pc , have reinstalled all amd drivers and asrock ethernet drivers still only 20 meg dload on 38 meg connection and 9 meg upload on 10 meg connection , any reason or advice pls
