Issues with my B660m phantom 4

   I went to load up my computer today and I couldn?�t start my computer kept getting the blue screen.  I saw somewhere that it could be an issue with my wifi card.  I removed it and my computer started and came up but now it is saying no internet connection.  I have rebooted the modem and rebooted the computer after and nothing.  Can anyone help please?
