A big big problem that I can't resolve 4 years

   I have now asrock h610m-hvs i5-12400, geforce 1050ti, 4 sata, Windows 10.

A problem is that counter strike 1.6 doesn't work properly like should be. There is a big latency and slow performance when I play it. I have all drivers, a fast internet, the game is set up correctly and all is good with others games like hitman 2016, 2018, 2021, Mafia definite edition, Cyberpunk 2077 they are working good. 

I think that h610m-hvs can't work in combination with i5-12400 it doesn't have a enough power design.

Before I had gigabyte from 2007-2015 year and intel core 2 duo I don't know names and the game had no any problem I enjoyed the game. 

What can you recommend to do?
