B650M-HDV/M.2 wont boot, leds cycling, cant get in

   Specs:

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7700XT

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X

Motherboard: Asrock B650M-HDV/M.2

Memory: Crucial Pro RAM 64 GB

SSD: 980 PRO SSD - 2 TB

Power: Corsair RM1000e

When powering on the 4 LEDs start to cyle: DRAM/CPU lit, then BOOT/VGA, then all four, and then it repeats.

However no solution was provided.

When taking out the RAM only the DRAM/CPU lit, no cycling.

When taking out the GPU the leds still cylcle.

I tried unlugging exerything.

I tried resetting the CMOS (Or at least I think I did, how do I know if I really did it?)

I took out the battery for more than 10 minutes.

I tried other RAM positions.

Plugging the DP in the mobo also didnt show anything on the Screen.

How do I know what firmware version is on my mobo?

Do I need to Update It?
