When I enable XMP1, it takes exactly 1 minute and 30 seconds before the motherboard logo even appears. However, if my PC goes into sleep mode and I try to wake it up, it gets even worse. The fans, LEDs, etc. turn on, but there?™s no signal to the monitor, and the keyboard and other peripherals also stay off. Waiting doesn?™t help?”I always have to cut the power to reset everything.

Enabling or disabling settings like Memory Context Restore or Fast Boot doesn?™t help either. The only thing that works is completely resetting the BIOS so that the DRAM profile is set to automatic. Then everything boots normally in default mode.

My question is, how can I fix this? Activating XMP is actually important and generally recommended for stability. Right now, I have to leave it disabled or set to automatic. For reference, I have an R7 9700X, 5070, 64GB DDR5 RAM at 5200MHz, and an ASRock B850.
