Hi, I had a problem with my AX200 wireless card that I installed afterwards. I can't connect to 5GHz channels 36-48 (band 5.25-5.35GHz) due to an outdated regulatory information with Intel (5.25-5.35GHz was previously illegal in Indonesia until 2019). I contacted both Intel and TP-Link about it extensively, and they managed to recreate the problem, and Intel determined that they could connect to these channels by enabling an option on the BIOS. Intel recommended me to contact Asrock regarding this issue.
Is there anything I can do to restore connectivity to channel 36-48 on my wireless card with this motherboard, such as updating the regulatory info on the motherboard for Indonesia to allow wireless cards connect to these channels/bands? Thank you.
