in the BIOS. I recently wanted to update my BIOS from version 2.0 to the latest and intended to disable fTPM, but I couldn't find the setting anywhere. Additionally, the SVM option is missing from the usual "CPU Configuration" section.

When I used the BIOS search function, fTPM returned no results.SVM showed two entries SVM and SVM Lock, but they were located elsewhere in the BIOS. SVM is currently set to Auto. However, Windows 11 isn?™t giving me the option to enable Core Isolation. Has anyone else run into this? Where is fTPM or is it name something else on this older BIOS?

CPU:7800X3D
Mem: 2 x 16Gb G.Skill Trident
GPU: 7900XT
Mobo: X670E PG Lighting.

Wow. 2.00 -> 3.25 is a big jump!
Did you do full BIOS reset (with jumper)?
I imagine the formats of the saved settings in NVRAM between the two versions changed big time, so it might be in a strange state.

You know the old saying. If it's not broken don't fix it. In all honesty, not updating the BIOS isn't like me. I'm usually on top of things. Not really sure why I didn't update until now. My secondary computer is updated to the latest. You would of thought my main computer would be up to date.

I haven't done the update yet. Before I do I wanted to make sure that the fTPM wasn't hidden. I will do a full reset before updating.
