B450 DDR 4000 Memory£

   Hello, I am using an ASrock B450M Steel Legend Motherboard. I was just looking at the supported memory list and I see that it has a DDR 4000 from Crucial listed as verified.

I am interested to see if anybody is currently running DDR 4000 in their B450 motherboard and if so which brand / modules are you using?      

Also I am currently using DDR 3200 and would like to know if it is worth upgrading to the DDR 4000?
