PC out of nowhere not booting and cant access BIOS

   4 days ago i bought new stuff for my PC 
ryzen 7 7700x
asrock b650m pg riptide
64 GB ddr5 RAM kit from kingston

It was a headache from the start i had to boot my pc in legacy mode probably cause of old windows and then it booted on the 2nd try i think but then it was running smoothly for 4 days (i those 4 days i did not turn off my pc just put in sleep mode) and yesterday morning before i went to work i turned it of came back home after like 10hrs and turned it back on. Pc went to BIOS right away wich 
wasn´t a problem for me but some of the setting were a bit differnt so i put them to default and put it back to Legacy boot nothing was happening only black screen was appearing with 1 underline ( _ ) after that i tried going to BIOS wich was successfull once but then after the boot the PC just stop working RAM stoppd turning on the light and CPU and DRAM red diodes were on. :(
I tried everythig other than swapping components cause i dont have money for it now :D
Is there any way i can fix it without buying new components
