Z790-C Rear Audio Ports Not Working

   Hey everyone,

I'm having an issue with my ASRock Z790-C motherboard?�specifically with the rear audio jacks for both the speaker output and microphone input. Both ports stopped working after updating to the latest bios. I've tried multiple sets of headphones and microphones, reinstalling realtek audio drivers, and several other fixes but nothing is being detected.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
