High Auto Voltage on X570 Taichi

   Hi all,

I have an R9 3900X on a X370 Taichi.
HWinfo64 says it's getting to about 1.5V consistently.

Even at idle, on the desktop, the average Voltage is 1.475 after 10 minutes.
This is far above the AMD spec, please advise if this is safe?
