Good Cpu fan controll software?

   Hi

Can you please recommend good program for CPU fan control for

MoBo X570 Phantom Gaming 4
CPU Ryzen 9 3900X CPU
Cooler Noctua NH-U12S *

Asrock utility and other of their programs, after 5 months suddenly stopped working last week. I guess thats because of some windows 10 update.

Now they throws this error: "This utility is not for this platform!"

So I'm searching for good replacement app because onboard fan control speeds up and down non stop which is very annoying.

* I swapped stock Prism with Noctua because it was too loud for my taste.
