B450 Pro 4 RGB Always on

   Hey Guys. I Installed my B450 Pro 4 in an azza inferno 310.
The RGB Is always blue. So i cant get any right color..
I Tried to change it with the Solution like "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin\"
but it didnt work...
Dont know what to do!
