No sound

   After i removed the cmos battery to reset the motherboard ab350 hdv the sound from both front and rear ports speakers of headphones are not working.
Only sound comes via Asus Graphics card GTX1060 (HDMI) thru monitor with in built speakers.
Any suggestions and or solutions would go down well at the moment.i tried reseting the cmos with junoer and reinstaling the audio drivers.
