My motherboard have production problem, fabrically - pulled out ~10% pins from socket. My seller declined me guarante.. How can i get my new 670 taichi mobo

Unfortunately RLGL is correct, there is no way to prove that the damage was not
caused by you. You can try and send a support ticket to ASRock but it is unlikely they will be able to help you. They are bound by their return policies. You can try and look for a tutorial of fixing bent pins in a socket but if any of them are physically missing/broken that won't be of any use. Edited by Xaltar - 16 Oct 2023 at 3:00pm |
