ASRock B85M-DGS - fans not voltage controllable

   Hi,
I got a B85M-DGS. It has 2x 4 PIN and 1x 3 PIN fan connectors. Is it right that non of them are controllable via voltage. Means 3 PIN will always have the full 12V. And the 2x 4 PIN are only controllable via PWM?
I haven't found a option in the BIOS to change them from PWM to DC. Is there any? I already updated to the last version.
