No video out from GPU on PCI-E 1 after reboot

   Hello,

It is seccond time in a month ( after update to UEFI v. 1.80 - Z370 Extreme 4), when i encounter this weird situation.  I want to reboot system and after reboot , no UEFI post, no video signal from main GPU ( i hear the normal beep signal), and HDD led blink normally like windows booting , but without video out signal. If i take out HDMI cable from video card and insert it on onboard  HDMI, surprise... Internal GPU from I5 8600K CPU is working and there are video out signal. But if i enter in UEFI, priority is set for PCI Express slot first, not to onboard video.
After another restart, everything works normally until ... i dont know when or why, probably it will happens again.

My build

-Z370 Extreme 4 with 1.80 UEFI version
-Intel I5 8600K CPU
-2x A-DATA 8GB XPG Spectrix 3,200 Mhz
- MSI Geforce 1060 6GB RAM
- 1X SSD Intel 545S 256 GB
- 1x HDD WD 750 GB black
-1X HDD Seagate Firecuda 1TB
- PSU Inter-tech Coba Nitrox Nobility 900W

I observed that it will happen for shure if i  take out the ATX connector from the motherboard ( after i take out the power cord from the PSU). After reinsert it and power on the computer, it will boot normally in widows, but after first reboot i will remain without video out on main GPU. 

A bug from 1.80 version, or somehow a corrupted UEFI update? But until the problem apear eventually, PC works perfect daily without any problem ...
