A320M-DGS
AMD AM4 A10-9700
2 Sticks Corsair Vengence LPX RAM 8GB ea, DDR4 240Mhz

The problem is that BIOS only shows Single Channel Memory Mode

But shows this......

DDR4_A1   8192MB
DDR4_B1   8192MB

And....it's horribly slow.    For example it takes several minutes to render a square on the screen

15 - 20 minutes to completely show Ubuntu Home screen
This board only have 2 DIMM slots....A! / B1

Do I have a defective board maybe?

re-insert your ram sticks

this problem is common and almost ALWAYS solved by pushing the sticks in firmly
