I just finished my 3900x system and tried to get the LEDs to match, but the motherboard has the red and green reversed.

From the BIOS set the LEDs to static and select RED. The motherboard LEDs will be GREEN! The other LEDs connected to the ADDR_Led1 header display the correct color!

You get the point. Is there a BIOS fix for this or is the LED wiring on the PCB incorrect?

The Asrock developer for this feature probably is color-blind.
Write to the support for a prio 1 issue ticket for this beautiful, most expensive X570 board. Such a problem, that's hardly fair!

BTW: Isn't there a contact list for the 999 owner of this mainboard for direct information exchange?

I just figured it out. There is a bug in the initial RGB LED Controller firmware.

The fix:
1. Downloaded the latest Polychrome 2.0.28 (as of 10/23/2019)
2. Install and run Polychrome and it will automatically flashed the RGB Controller firmware to 3.4
3. Restart system (I removed power completely because the RGB controller is active even when the system is powered off.

That fixed the problem!

I would kindly like to request some assistance fixing this issue since your post is now a bit dated. A little info would be much appreciated. I'm not bad with tech but it would be kind of you to provide some links to Current tools and software to help with this problem. I know I'm a bit late to the party but personal issues have caused a lot of delay in making this personal computer. I've installed all of Asrock available software but the problem persists. I'm unfamiliar with polychrome or updating its firmware. I'd most appreciate a hand in sorting it out. Thanks in advance if you offer assistance. Please. Kind regards. Jason.

Also if anyone else is willing to jump in and offer advice I'd be equally thankful as it's uncertain if th OP will assist. Building this monster pc has been some challenge. Thank you to anyone willing to share. Gratitude in abundance if help is at hand. I know my request to Asrock to help will take a long a difficult process. And you in the community seem to have a better idea of what is going on. Thanks for listening if you read this request.

it looks like 2.0.28 has been removed from the drivers support page
there is 2.0.27 for download and also a BETA VERSION 2.0.66

from what i understand downloading the driver includes a firmware flasher to update it
run the driver installer and it should flash the firmware
i would suggest running version 2.0.27 to see if thats cured your problem
