Hello everyone, so happy to return and thanks a million @daytonb, @kerberos_20, @wardog, @xaltar, more more of you guys.....

quick report, short version story, 3200 stable at low voltage 1.36v bios 1.38v A-tuning, windows boot much faster than 2933 CL16, i.e. windows 10 circling one round or less. Simultaneous CPUZ stress button on, with youtube running with another video playing + all background software MSI afterburner, teamspeak3, wolf, dropbox, utorrent, AVG, Qsync, etc etc etc, pulling files in and out of external USB3. But didn't play game yet, late night, tired. Dr.Debug temperature readout LED shows 78 celcius at full load, then 57 when idling, While A-tuning says CPU 43 only. May be I should check for new updates. Anyway, screen shots.

EDIT 8th July 2018 - the above only lasted a week then crashed, has been running 2933 since upgraded to uefi 4.7 then 3066mhz and now 3200mhz comes back again, key was SoC voltage 1.3, etc etc etc

But I could in the past in the list the last two TAICHI was from me, 2933 and 3066. Weird, I'll just have to try again later. Would make ASRock and CORSAIR proud !!!!

Long story, originally just correct tRC from 70 to 75. Then change CL 20 to 16 as @kerberos_20 said, including some 18 as @daytonb said refering others. Also reduce voltage to 1.44v in bios = 1.46v in A-tuning, simply because not worth to run 1.47+ volts in A-tuning so high. No f...ing way right?

And windows boot in a split of a second, couldn't even count the windows circling rounds, where the screen usually goes black then reappear with scenary background, that screen going black made me think of another failure happening, but then login appear.

I waited a minute or so, let all the background software finished loading up, have some sound after sound... etc then login SUCCESS. Mouse move accordingly, then start collecting data, Ryzen mem checker, cpuz, A-tuning voltage, etc.

To my surprise, all good, no sluggish mouse movement as if going to crash. Then open more and more software to test, youtube, another video player, torrents, all OK, then a friend online called to group launch MWO, so I joint warning him my imminent crash failure part way through game, but match went well, no crash.

I was like .......wtf ....... really??? then another round of MWO also OK, not a single sign of trouble. Then tried Starcraft remaster noticed some pixels anomalies but doesn't crash ..... then try Farcry3 for 10 minutes also ok no anomalies. It's as good as sold to me......... golden.

Next, try voltage down from 1.44 to 1.42 in bios, everything ok. Didn't have time to test games anymore, getting late, simply just cpuz stress test a few minutes and load as many other programs that I could think off..... all OK.

Then drop again DRam to 1.4 volts in bios, still all OK, so I shutdown.

Reboot enter bios drop voltage again to 1.38 and all OK.

Finally tried 1.36v in bios, 1.376v shown in A-tuning and all OK. Simple cpuz stress around 5 minutes this time, with other programs running, since cpu full load the response is very delayed and can't hit, so I took the chance to abuse it in an attempt to crash it, forcing multiple windowd explorer, closing, opening, but all OK.

I nearly forgot to say, all these time, soc voltage AUTO, Load Level for both cpu and soc auto.

Managed to set RTTNOM=7 and RTTWR=3 and RTTPARK=1 right from the begining of this long story. May be this was a stability key required??? I don't know.

To end this, now that voltages has come down to acceptable levels, coming weekend I will attempt to tighting up the timings. To be report.

Ram runs fine, ram temperature cool if A-tuning can be trusted.  When I up from 2933 to 3066 there was a good feel, but not enough for me to use daily because voltage up from 1.32v to 1.37v hence I ran 2933Mhz daily since October 2017. Its cooler, lives longer for my ram I hope. But now Windows response fast, the feeling difference is much more noticable, I might keep this if not concern for electricity bill or summer hotness.

Thanks everyone !!! you all helped !!!

congrats mate

its just time to get the results test and test and test

along the way you learn what works and what dosnt

reading is as important as trying to be honest
see what others have done and tried and apply to yours

always keep a saved bios profile or working stable ram settings and print off pictures of what works and make small adjustments as you go on with a few days testing between them to see what stopped it working
