Hi,
Before I went through with buying RAM I looked through ASRock's Memory QVL list for the AB350 Pro4. Finding a set of 2x4 DC DIMMs, I ran the model number through Google and was brought to a newegg listing, finding these: https://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Ripjaws-288-Pin-Memory-F4-2400C15D-8GRR/dp/B00RLV0Q9G Deciding that they were perfect on the cost side of things I went ahead and ordered them. Fast forward to now, and I double check the Memory QVL, sorting by G.Skill. I Ctrl+F the model number attached to the RAM and... nothing. No matches. What? So as you'd imagine I'm confused as hell, even a bit pissed -- I'm concerned that my build won't work with these memory modules, and I'm really hoping that isn't the case come next week when I get my processor. I checked rymem.com to see if these were listed and, nope, they ![]() My motherboard is an ASRock AB350 Pro4 and a Ryzen 5 1600. Will these sticks work with my build? The ASRock memory QVL lists a few other models that I believe would be very similar to the ones you've purchased:
F4-2400C15D-8GFX F4-2400C15D-8GFT F4-2400C15D-8GFXR So I would expect the ones you've got will work okay, especially with the newer BIOS versions. |
