After installing the utility and completing all the settings, I now would like to exit the "return to UEFI" mode.
How do I do that?

Just got the answer from a friend: just switch fast boot to disable and system will skip the Return to UEFI and boot into Windows.

Is the system detecting your boot device? Have you tried pressing F11 during POST
to enter the boot menu?

The system will boot to UEFI if no valid boot devices are detected so check your
boot order and make sure you have one selected in the UEFI. Also, you don't want
to disable UEFI mode, it has nothing to do with your system entering the BIOS and
is important when setting up your OS. That said, if your OS is already installed
in Legacy mode (UEFI disabled) then you will need to disable UEFI or reinstall
your OS in UEFI mode. There are also methods to convert your drive to a UEFI partition
if you don't want to lose data or reinstall, you can google it if you need to.
