AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac Windows installation issues

   Hey guys,
So I built a system about a week or two weeks ago, and I've been struggling to install any version of windows onto this computer, I've tried Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. They all lead to the same problem, every time it gets to expanding windows files or getting files ready for installation it gets from anywhere between 13% and 33%, sometimes it doesn't even get past formatting the HDD, also the HD activity LED stops blinking, and just turns into a solid color. I've tried a different PSU and hard drive to see if any of those were the problem, same result though. 

Here are the specs of the PC:

Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac
CPU: AMD A8-9600 Bristol Ridge Quad-Core 3.1 GHz
RAM: GeIL EVO POTENZA 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4-2400
HDD: 2.5" WD Blue 1TB 
PSU: EVGA 450 BT

Here is what I used as the alternative HDD and PSU

HDD: 3.5" WD RE3 500GB
PSU: Coolermaster Masterwatt 650

	I did use a flash drive, but I downloaded the ISOs, and used Rufus to create the installation media.
