will it work if i installed nvme m.2 ssd to my a320m motherboard?
it says Ultra M.2, so what does tha mean?

Yes, most M.2 SSD should work. Check this list for already tested and supported SSD for your motherboard model: https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M/index.asp#Storage

It's always a good idea to google if your desired SSD model has some issues/incompatibilities.

ASRock created the "Ultra" label back in ~2014 to differentiate typical M.2 slots of the era (that used 1x or 2x PCIe v2 lanes) from the new hotness --- 4x PCIe v3 lanes.

PCIe v2 is pretty-much extinct on the desktop nowadays --- everything is v3 --- so the label is pretty pointless.

"Ultra" == 4x PCIe v3 lanes == ~4GB/s maximum transfer speed.
