Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (17) l219-V Code 10

   So I just built my pc and installed windows 11. I have a i5 13600kf, asrock b660m pro rs, 32gb ram an rtx 3060ti. And I can?�t get an internet connection. 

I?�ve reinstalled the drivers with rebooting in between.
I?�ve tried windows 10 instead of 11.
I?�ve updated the bios.
I?�ve tried de- and reactivating the Ethernet controller in the bios.

I don?�t know what to do anymore. 
Pls help :/
