As title, i want to use M.2 and all SATA slot at the same time.
Is it possible? please help me. Thank you.

What motherboard are we talking about here? Different boards will have different specs, we can't help you without knowing which board you are looking at.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


This board supports two M.2 Socket:
- 1 x Ultra M.2 Socket (M2_1), supports M Key type 2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCI Express module up to Gen3 x4 (32 Gb/s) (with Summit Ridge, Raven Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge) or Gen3 x2 (16 Gb/s) (with A-Series APU)
- 1 x M.2 Socket (M2_2), supports M Key type 2230/2242/2260/2280 M.2 SATA3 6.0 Gb/s module
*M2_2 and SATA3_3 share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the other one will be disabled.

Detailed specification:

For your M.2 SSD, please install it to M.2_1 slot and then all of the SATA ports can be used.

There ya go, so, as long as you use the M.2_1 slot for your M.2 drive you will be able to use all the SATA ports too. Thanks ASRock_TSD for the clarification Thumbs Up
