Hi,
i have multiple ASrock devices which i monitor using snmp. All was working fine, but recently the SNMP part stopped working partially. Reading the service state of windows using snmp is still working. But scanning other OID's from other software packages stopped working. It returns an error state 5. (general error) Tried reinstalling the windows snmp package, reinstalling the software which is monitored but with no luck. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a solution to this? I think it would be best to use the ASRock Rack support form, and provide the necessary details https://event.asrockrack.com/tsd.asp When using gmail, please check the spam folder for replies It is im[portant that they know which OS, and when it is Windows, also contact Microsoft support |
