Hi Risito,
Please check the website for BIOS updates (if your CPU requires this) http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B360M%20Pro4/index.asp#Overview Without more info it is difficult to help. The second M,.2 slot has only 1 PCI Express 3.0 lane, that is why the speed is so low. What sometimes causes this, is the firmware of the M.2, and ocassionally the controller on the M.2 suffers from compatibility issues, on one board it doesn't work, on another board it does, conclusion defective bord. But when another M.2 is used on the "defective" board, it works like a charm. As far as I am aware, the M.2 slots are linked to the chipset. Also important is to use a CPU cooler that is not mounted too tight like Noctua, a lot of coolers, put too much pressure on the CPU/Socket, causing it to bend, and cause contactproblems, which show, as there strange issue. Of course it can be defect on the board, but you can first try to elliminate some possible causes. |

Kind Regards
