I have custom curves for my 2 fan headers (1 noctua non pwm fan, connected to CH1, which is the pump header configured in bios to act as a non pump, and ch2, which is a fan hub with 3 pwm fans). The noctua fan suddenly gets super loud, and when I open fstream, the curve randomly gets screwy (the first control points go full speed). It seemingly happens at random. Any way to fix this?

I have an NF-S12A FLX. It's not loud at medium settings, only full blast. It is also mounted as a bottom intake near the floor, so that might not help acoustics.
