X370 ITX/ac UEFI 4.90 released, what changed?

UEFI 4.90 was reelased and the changelog reads:

I flashed it too.  Then I also did the update to Radeon software 18.10 and all hell broke loose, with BSODs left and right.

This BIOS is not stable like 4.51 and prior is in supporting my RAM timings. I use a Trident Z 3600MHZ Cl15 RAM kit in conjunction with my Ryzen 7 1700. Following the Ryzen DRAM Calculator to the letter, I can get the fast settings to work 100% stable in BIOS release 4.51 (DDR4 3466 MHz at 1.45V, 14-15/14-14-28 1T). To get these timings to take in 4.51, I simply have had to disable Bank Group Swap and set the SOC voltage to 1.03125V (53 in hex) in the CBS section. However, any one of the last three or so non-beta BIOS releases simply cannot handle these timings (reboot loop before defaulting to 2133MHz) with this and other tweaks no matter what I do. I am highly considering moving on to ASUS if this and other BIOS problems (e.g. some BIOS settings do not persist between AC power removal following a proper shutdown, like when I unplug my PC to tote in my travel backpack) aren't sorted out. I was lenient before when some moderators here gave the excuse that AM4 platform was still in its infancy. Well, I had no issues with ASRock in the past with various systems of sundry generations and lines but now ASRock seems to have nothing but hang-ups. The platform is at this point more than mature and the onus is on the mainboard manufacturers to deliver so I strongly suggest ASRock do it.
