front panel don't work

Estou usando windows 10 com AsRock UEFI e meu painel frontal de som não funciona, ja tentei de tudo mas não vai e eu achei um jeito de resolver mas tem que entrar no setup do computador, mas quando entro não tem a opção para ativar o painel frontal por que tem o setup do uefi.
Pelo realtek n dá n aparece a pasta amarela.
Pelo VIA eu consigo pois n consigo instalar quando a instalação pede para reiniciar n acontece nada e começa a instalação do zero e fica em um looping.
se alguém douber resolver diga por favor!!!
