I saw the Fatal1ty X370 Gaming X list on the website that it come with USB 3.1
 https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20X370%20Gaming%20X/index.asp#Specification But in my manual X370 Gaming X, it state that all USB port on my board are 3.0 USB

if i remember correctly its the same for my x470 fatality.
might be a typo? i think so because the port above the usb c is different for me. or silply they are all 3.0 and its false advertising again. they also false advertised the Power delivery for my x470, check the youtube link. i bought exatly this time, before b450 was out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEjCq_bO4Uc |

Usb 3.0 and 3.1 are pretty much the same thing

Yes, there have 3.1 but 3.1 gen1, not gen2.
3.0 and 3.1 gen1 is the same thing now(3.0 oldname 3.1 gen1 new name). |
