Hi, when installing a R9-280x and then installing the AMD driver.
My win10 goes to a black screen.
The only way I can access windows is through safe mode.
Please advise, my CPU is 2400G

Dear Nayeli,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestion for verifying:

1. Please enter to the BIOS setup and then load BIOS setting via [F9] key. Please use onboard graphics to boot into BIOS if system has difficult to get display from graphics card.

2. Please plug the graphics card to another PCIe slot to verify.

3. If the graphics card is working well with Win10 inbox driver (without AMD graphics driver), this indicates the problem may relate to AMD driver.
Please change another driver version to verify.

4. Please install bare bone devices, CPU, one stick memory, system disk and graphics card to check if system can work stably.

5. If possible, please re-install OS or install another HDD with clean OS to verify the OS environment.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
