Check the device ID for the unknown device in device manager to make sure it's
actually the GPU. If you don't know how there is a video here. If it is in fact the GPU
then all I can suggest is trying to download and install older drivers going back
until you find one that works.

I would suggest manually installing the driver but with GPUs I find that very often
causes system freezes and a failure to load the OS so I wouldn't recommend it.

If you have not already tried, remove the GPU from the system and clean the contacts etc.
I am pretty sure it won't make a difference but it's worth a shot. If possible
try it in the second PCIe slot on your riser.

Failing all that, go ahead and open a ticket.
