Specs:
ASRock Fatal1ty B250 GAMING K4
Intel G3930 Kaby Lake Dual-Core 2.9 GHz LGA 1151
EVGA Supernova G3 1000W
6x RX470 armor edition w/ PCIe VER 006 PCI-E 16x to 1x Powered Riser Adapter Card
120gb ssd
8gb ddr4 2133

I have 6gpus connected, 3 of which are getting the error "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)"
I just updated bios of the MOBO to the latest version but am yet to try turning all pcie lanes on gen 1 again. This is a mining rig, I purchased this instead of the r2.0 bc it was out of stock. The 6 slots made me think it would be no issue to run 6gpus on it with risers, but obviously I need some assistance. Also, when using more than 3gpus i am having an issue with it posting. It still boots and i can connect though teamviewer but no display through mobo hdmi or gpu hdmi

I would get in touch with Tech Support on this one. Mining is not a common topic on these forums so not many users here would have the knowledge to help you out with this. I don't even own 6 GPUs to test with, even including all the old junk I have laying about my workshop.

Bare in mind that Tech Support is likely swamped with Ryzen issues at the moment so you may have to wait a while for a response (the same will be true for all manufacturers right now).
