Hello There!

I have some unpleasant problem with my new J3455-itx motherboard.
On specification declared what this motherboard support 4k60fps video and smaller.
But I see worse FPS on my Ubuntu 17.04 on another players.

I trying install different codecs, intel-graphics-updater (for update drivers), etc. but this all not help me.

Also, there is a problem with strange render in the system itself (partial separation display by diagonal and horizontal axis, when new object fast appear or moved on display). This you can see on video below (on video I open/close Guake)

Technical characteristic:
J3455-ixt, DDRL3-1866 with Ubuntu 17.04

I hope someone can help me with this problem, because this is my second MB from AsRock with same problem.

Thank you all!

UPD: BIOS was already updated to 1.20
