I've tried to get help from a lot off people, but it just seem like nothing is working, not I'm coming to the conclusion that my motherboard is holding me back soon.
I have no idea why, but I've seen people with worse or better setup than me, getting way better gameplay than me.
Example: I have a friend with this setup:
ASUS Z97I-Plus
i5 4660
GTX 980
16 GB DDR3 ram
Now here is my setup
EXTREME6 Z87
i5 4670k
GTX 1070
16 GB DDR3
NOW when I formatted last time i unplugged the internet, and made sure Windows didn't install drivers, it then installed my Videocard anyway so I used DDU and removed the old, and got the newest (Always using DDU)
When I got that setup I downloaded the drivers from ASRock's webpage, seemed to be fine, but I am seriously unsecure where my error is...
I set my Power options to High performance my CPU isn't OC'ed at the moment,
I have disabled Xbox GameDVR
Running Version 1607 Windows 10 Pro
Device manager screenshot of System Devices http://i.imgur.com/4O5hXIu.png
Can anyone please tell me where I am being bottlenecked besides my CPU, but shouldn't i get way better performance since my gear also seems to be better?
Please help me finding my issue, since I will be selling my PC elseway. I can't deal with this performance decrease.

Did you install the Intel chipset drivers for your motherboard on the ASRock web site?

I must say that you've told us virtually nothing about your problem. All you've told us is, "... getting way better gameplay than me".

Please specifically define in detail what "way better gameplay" is. What do you mean by "gameplay"? If you are not detailed about that, all that will happen is more questions will be asked.

What's the difference in gameplay between your PC and your friends PC?

Your list of hardware has four things, mother board, processor, video card, and amount of memory you have. That does not help us discover what your problem is, since we don't understand what the problem actually is. Your screenshot of System Devices is useless, sorry to say.

What type and model of drives do you use for Windows and storing your games on? How does that compare to what the others that have better "gameplay" use for drives? Or are you playing games over the Internet?

What monitors are you using? Size and resolution?

If you installed a driver for your video card, why would Windows install another version? Unless you are using an old version is the only potential reason.

You described installing one basic driver after installing Windows. What other drivers do you install?

I never said I was good at this, i just play but I can try and answer it best way possible.
Better Gameplay: They don't drop FPS the same way I do.
Setup: i5 4670K, GTX 1070, 16 GB 1866 HyperX Predator,  120 GB EVO840 SSD, 500 GB WD Blue 7200, Corshair RM750X and the ASRock Z87 EXTREME6
And i use the SSD for Windows and HDD for my games, I've installed basic drivers from the website of my motherboard: Audio, Inf, lan. the rest I haven't installed  maybe the management engine driver, can't remember
2 x 1920x1080 @ 60 hertz playing on the 1 at 1920X1080@60Hertz
I removed the driver because it wouldn't let me install that driver for the graphics card, because it already was installing one, don't ask why I don't know i removed it and installed the newest since it installed 2-3 old driver.
Edit: When I say they don't framdrop we play same resolution and same setting, i can also say the game is Dead by Daylight.
