B450 Pro4, Windows 10 USB F11 key not working

   So I just built my first PC with the B450 Pro4 mobo, and all of the parts are turned on. The problem is, I get stuck at the Asrock screen, with the ?�F11 is this???�F2 is that??screen to start UEFI and whatnot. But none of those keys are working. I?�ve tried doing it before starting the PC, holding it, and spamming it but I can?�t get past the screen. I suppose it may be because I have my Windows 10 downloaded on a USB from their website but if there?�s any other reason I would love to know how to solve the issue.
