I am upgrading RAM for for my ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard, will it be plug and play or do I need to make an adjustment in the MoBo or BIOS?

Check the approved list of ram for your motherboard on the ASRock website and/or the company you would like to purchase ram from.
