New build: C236 WSI and E3-1245v6
Server will turn on, running for 5 seconds or so, turn off and back on. I am getting no video output from any of the ports, and have tried a video card just to be sure. I'm guessing this is a BIOS issue and I'm going to be needing a new chip shipped to me, but I wanted to verify. It's hard to troubleshoot with no feedback from any of the components.

Almost certainly. Check the BIOS revision sticker on the BIOS ROM on your board, if it predates Kaby Lake support then you have your answer

Done. P1.00
Figured that was it... Is that quickest way to get ahold of the Asrock support to go through the Request Page? I kinda want to get this cleared up ASAP...
