I sent a request on 8/28/17 to see about getting a BIOS Chip with 7.20.
I received an email asking for more information and replied with the request. Was asked were they could ship and provided my address. No response after I replied with my address and now 4 weeks later, still have not received the chip. Has anyone else experienced this when requesting a BIOS chip?

You should have received it long ago, so something must have gone wrong. Sorry about that! What board do you have, since some of the newer models do not have replaceable BIOS chips anymore. You should send another email explaining your situation. If you don't get a response, please let us know in this forum. Thanks! |
